Feed Media Named to the North American Excellence Awards Shortlist

Feed Media is thrilled to announce that our public relations and social media work for Denver’s own Punch Bowl Social was recognized as one of three programs named to the 2016 North American Excellence Award’s short list in the Food and Beverage category.

The Feed Media team supported the rapid expansion of Punch Bowl Social through an aggressive national media relations campaign that generated over 500 media hits in 2016, and a social media management program that increased engagement by 113%. This public relations activity helped open new locations in Indianapolis and Minneapolis in 2016 and paved the way for 2017 and 2018 openings in San Diego, Sacramento, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago and New York.

Highlights of the PR program in 2016 included a 6 page feature of Punch Bowl Social founder Robert Thompson in Inc. Magazine, and the introduction of celebrity Chef Hugh Acheson as culinary partner of Punch Bowl Social.

The North American Excellence Awards were created by The Communication Director Magazine to honor the most outstanding achievements of communications professionals. This year, more than 2,500 applications were submitted from around the globe.
